This page, together with our Privacy Policy and General Website Terms, sets out the legal terms and conditions (the "Terms") that apply to your use of our webstore (the "Webstore"). In these Terms, "Seller", "We", "Us", and "Our" refer to the operators of PlumoMC and BeastCraft.

These Terms apply to any contract between you and us regarding the purchase of video game-related products, items, and other digital content ("Products") through the Webstore (the "Contract"). Please read them carefully before placing an order. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not accept them, you will not be able to complete a purchase.

1. About Us
We are the operators of PlumoMC and BeastCraft (together, the "Platform"). We sell licenses for the use of digital goods and in-game content on the Platform directly to end customers through this Webstore. All sales are handled by us as the Platform operators.

2. Contact
For questions or support, please reach out through the following channels:
–    Technical Support / Fraud: Technical support or fraud reports: contact us via our Discord server or support email.
–    Official Notices: Official notices will be sent by email to the address provided at the time of purchase.

3. Use of the Webstore and Formation of Contract
–    Ordering Process: The Webstore guides you through each step of the ordering process. Please review your order carefully before finalising it.
–    Licenses: We do not sell ownership of digital items. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the purchased digital items on the account with which the purchase was made. You may not distribute, resell, or share these items in any form.
–    Right to Refuse: As the Seller, we reserve the right to refuse a sale — for example, in cases of suspected fraud or prior violations of our rules. The Contract is formed between you and us as the Platform operators.

4. Product Issues
We make every reasonable effort to ensure our products work as described. If you experience an issue, please contact us first. If the problem is related to accessing the game server itself, we may direct you to the relevant Platform support team.

5. Returns and Refunds
–    No Refunds: All purchases in the Webstore are payments for licenses to use virtual in-game items. These transactions are final. No refunds will be issued.
–    Bans: If you are banned from PlumoMC or BeastCraft for violating the Platform rules, you are not entitled to a refund. Bans are issued at the sole discretion of the server administrators.
–    No Real-World Value: Virtual items and in-game currencies (such as tokens or credits) have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for real money under any circumstances.

6. Age Restrictions
You must be at least 16 years of age to make a purchase from this Webstore. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 16, you may only purchase with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

7. Payments
–    Payment Processing: All payments are processed securely through our payment provider at checkout.
–    Taxes: Prices include VAT where applicable, based on your location.
–    Fraud Prevention: The use of VPNs or IP proxies to disguise your location in order to bypass regional pricing or geographic restrictions is strictly prohibited.

8. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)
Under EU consumer legislation, you are entitled to a 14-day withdrawal period from the date of purchase. Please note: this right expires as soon as the digital content has been delivered or as soon as you first use or access the item in-game, provided you have given your explicit consent for immediate delivery.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that delivery of the digital content begins immediately upon purchase, and that you therefore waive your right of withdrawal from that moment onwards.

9. Liability
We are responsible for foreseeable losses directly caused by our negligence or a breach of these Terms. However, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of goodwill, technical malfunctions on your device, or the inability to use a product due to the actions of third parties outside our control.

10. Third-Party Brands
Unless explicitly stated, we are not officially affiliated with any third-party brands, platforms, or services that may be referenced in connection with our products (such as Overwolf or CurseForge). All trademarks and brand names remain the property of their respective owners.

 

These Terms were last updated on 10 June 2026. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Webstore following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
