PlumoMC & BeastCraft Webstore
Last updated: 10 June 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from our Webstore for PlumoMC or BeastCraft (together, the "Platform").

In this policy, "We", "Us", and "Our" refer to the operators of the Platform, who manage the Webstore and are responsible for the processing of your personal data.

1. Personal Information We Collect
When you use the Webstore or make a purchase, we collect certain information necessary to process your transaction and deliver your digital items:

–    Account Identifiers: Your in-game username (e.g., Minecraft UUID or Username) and/or Discord ID, which are required to deliver purchased Products to the correct account.
–    Order Information: When you make a purchase, we collect your name, billing address, email address, IP address, and payment information. Payment details are processed securely through our payment gateways.
–    Device Information: We automatically collect certain technical information about your device — including your web browser, IP address, and time zone — to prevent fraud and ensure website security.

2. How We Use Your Personal Information
We use the information we collect to:

1.    Fulfil orders: Process your payment and arrange the in-game delivery of your purchased Products.
2.    Communicate with you: Send transaction confirmations and respond to support requests.
3.    Prevent fraud: Screen orders for potential risk or fraudulent activity.
4.    Comply with legal obligations: Calculate and apply the correct VAT based on your location, and meet any other applicable legal or tax requirements.

3. Sharing Your Personal Information
–    With the Platform: We share your in-game username, purchased items, and relevant order details with the server administrators of PlumoMC and BeastCraft so they can deliver your items and provide server-side support. We do not share your full billing details or payment card information with server administrators.
–    With Third Parties: We may share your information with trusted third-party service providers (such as payment processors) to help us operate the Webstore. We may also share information where required to comply with applicable laws and regulations.

4. Data Retention
When you place an order, we retain your Order Information for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this policy, or until you request its deletion. Please note that certain legal and financial records (such as invoices for tax purposes) are subject to statutory minimum retention periods and cannot be deleted immediately upon request.

5. Your Rights (GDPR / European Users)
If you are based in the European Economic Area (EEA), you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

–    Right of access: You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
–    Right to rectification: You may ask us to correct or update inaccurate personal data.
–    Right to erasure: You may request the deletion of your personal data, subject to any legal retention obligations.
–    Right to object: You may object to certain types of data processing where we rely on legitimate interests.

To exercise any of these rights, please contact us through our official support channels (Discord or support email). Please be aware that your information may be transferred to and processed in countries outside the EEA, including Canada and the United States, where data protection laws may differ.

6. Security
We take the security of your personal data seriously. All payment details are encrypted and handled through secure, industry-standard gateways using SSL/TLS encryption. We do not store raw payment card details on our servers. While we implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, legal requirements, or operational needs. When we make significant changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
